At New Pathways, we focus on the following key areas of programs and services:
We serve more than 350 disconnected young adults annually, incorporating into all our programs a range of support services including: case management, counseling, pre-employment prep & job readiness skills; essential life skills including conflict resolution, financial literacy, parenting, social skills and more.
Who can enroll: Nearly all our programs and services are open to any eligible youth in the greater Baltimore community who is between the ages of 16 and 24. Most young clients are referred to New Pathways by another partner agency or organization, but many come directly from the community. Only young adults from the foster care and juvenile services systems are eligible for enrollment in one of our apartment-based, Independent Living Programs. To find out if you are eligible for one or more of our programs, contact us.
Our mission is to offer all of Maryland’s disconnected youth a successful pathway to a stable, safe, and self-sufficient adulthood.
